Illinois is getting its feet wet in the medical marijuana industry.

The State is currently accepting applications from entities who wish to cultivate and dispense medical marijuana – a big step in implementing the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act.

However, Illinois imposed a strict deadline on this application period – a mere 20 days. The application is extensive, requiring applicants to submit information including, but not limited to, facility information, staffing, security, operations, cultivation and distribution plans, process flow diagrams, testing procedures, and product safety and labeling.

FDAImports.com can help your company submit an effective and competitive application with speed, comprehensiveness and regulatory accuracy. The Act only allows for 21 cultivation centers and 60 distribution centers. Along with proven experience in the medical marijuana field, FDAImports.com has extensive experience with (1) regulated product labeling and packaging (such as drugs and medical devices), and (2) creating effective Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”). A review by our firm will help your application stand out from the competition.

If your company is submitting an application to cultivate or dispense medical marijuana, contact our firm as soon as possible to ensure review and submission of your application before September 22, 2014 at 3pm.
