Terms of Service

We are pleased you have chosen us to provide online registration, listing and/or US Agency services. When you elect to use FDAImports.com’s online form, you agree to the following:

1. You're allowing us to review all of your information and grant us permission to share any documents you complete with our team. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how we protect the personally identifiable information you share with us.
2. You agree to accept future communications from FDAImports.com but understand that you can unsubscribe at any time.
3.  As you may know, it is in your best interest to preserve the confidentiality of all communications between us.
4. We are only performing the services you have selected via your online form submission.
5. If a fee is due for some services, we will only begin performing those services when payment is received.
6. Once you have provided all required information, typically we can complete all requested services within 5 business days.
7. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for services, and under no circumstances will we be liable for any other damages, consequential or otherwise.
