Position: General Manager
As General Manager of FDAImports.com, Mr. Kerr is primarily responsible for the financial and administrative operations of the business. Those and related functional areas have a clear mandate - provide world-class support and a world-class experience to our external clients and partners, as well as the attorneys, regulatory specialists, and client support staff serving those clients and partners. The General Manager is responsible for conceiving, designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to support a thriving, growing, and evolving enterprise.
Mr. Kerr’s broad and diverse professional experience includes working as a CPA (currently non-practicing) in the small business practice of Ernst & Young in Baltimore, and progressing from Corporate Controller to Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of a multibillion dollar privately owned personnel and staffing services company. He also served as senior partner and financial advisor of a very successful wealth management and comprehensive financial planning firm, and as an experienced angel investor focused on early-stage and startup opportunities. These experiences encompassed very high growth rate environments, entrepreneurial endeavors, broad accounting and finance, regulated environments, risk management, and strong executive leadership.
Mr. Kerr graduated from Loyola College in Maryland (now Loyola University Maryland) with a BBA with an accounting concentration. He and his wife live in Severna Park, Maryland along with their four children.
